Tell us your name, address, and where to find your laundry.
We’ll Assign Your Pickup Day & Time
Based on your location, we’ll schedule your laundry for pickup on the next available route. You’ll receive a confirmation by text or email.
Leave Your Laundry Out
Place your laundry in a securely tied bag and leave it in the designated spot by the time we provide. We’ll handle the rest!
We Wash, Dry, Fold & Deliver
Your laundry is returned fresh, folded, and ready to go — usually within 24–48 hours.

With Trio Laundry, you can enjoy a hassle-free laundry experience, ensuring your clothes are cleaned and returned without any effort on your part.
Unsafe or Unsanitary Laundry Policy
We do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. We also don’t service laundry that includes excessive pet hair.
Before you place an order you will be asked to certify that your laundry:
- Is safe and does not include bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or biohazardous materials.
- Is sanitary and does not include feces, urine, blood, or vomit, beyond traces normally found in household laundry.
- Does not include excessive pet hair.
Violators incur a $20 fee, laundry returned “as is,” and the account may be closed.

Service Hours?
Our hours of operation are Saturday and Sunday: 9AM - 5PM EST.
We offer pickups throughout the day, with same-day service available for loads scheduled before 3 PM. Let us know your preferred time, and we’ll accommodate for your schedule.
Pricing?
Trio Laundry charges $30 for a small, kitchen-size bag (up to 25 lb), and $60 for one contractor-size bag (up to 50 lb). *Note: Over-stuffed bags may be weighed and charged at standard $2/lb. rates.
Pricing?
Trio Laundry charges a flat rate of $1.50 per pound of laundry when you book a load. If you choose to prepay, this price gets knocked down to $1.75 per pound.

Our seamless pickup and delivery service ensures that laundry day is as stress-free as possible. Simply schedule a pickup, and we will handle the rest, bringing your freshly cleaned laundry back to you as soon as it's folded and ready to be put back into your wardrobe.
